Delivery & Order Policy – Footwear Menders

• Delivery Time:
  2–3 working days in major cities, 3–5 days in rural areas.
  During sales, delivery may take 4–5 working days.

• Order Processing:
  Orders are processed same day (except Sunday).
  Sunday orders are processed on Monday.

• Order Confirmation:
  We try calling 3 times. If unreachable, order is canceled.
  Orders with wrong or switched-off numbers will be held.

• Delivery Charges:
  Rs. 150 per order.

• Returns & Refusals:
  If a parcel is refused or returned, future orders will only be sent after a Rs. 150 advance payment.

• Large Orders:
  For orders of more than 2 pairs (COD), an advance payment may be requested via WhatsApp or a call for order confirmation.

• Note: Once confirmed or dispatched, orders can’t be canceled.
