10-Day Exchange & Refund Policy
Exchange Policy (All Orders including COD)
You can exchange your product within 10 days of delivery.
- Send the product back through any courier service.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags.
- Write your required exchange on the back of the invoice.
Processing Time: Please allow 2–4 days for your parcel to reach us. Once received, exchanges are processed within 24–48 hours.
If you cannot go out and send the parcel via courier, you can request a reverse pickup from your address.
Refund Policy (Prepaid Orders Only)
- Send the parcel via any courier service.
- Write your Bank / Easypaisa / JazzCash details on the invoice.
- Refund is processed within 7–8 working days after receiving the item.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Delivery charges will be deducted from prepaid refunds.
Note: COD orders are exchange-only (no refunds).
Exchange With Other Items
- COD Orders: Same or higher-priced items only.
- Prepaid Orders: Exchange allowed with any price item.
