✅ 10-Day Easy Exchange & Refund Policy (on Prepaid Orders)

If you face any issue with your purchase, we offer a 10-day easy exchange and refund option exclusively for prepaid orders. We want your experience to be as flexible and convenient as possible.


🔄 Exchange Policy (All Orders including COD)

Whether you paid online or chose Cash on Delivery, you can easily exchange your item within 10 days. To initiate an exchange:

  • Send the product back to our shop address via any courier service.

  • Include your name and contact number (same as order) inside the package.

  • Once received, we’ll contact you through WhatsApp, SMS, or email, and dispatch your replacement with a new tracking number.

You may also visit our store directly to exchange the item.


💸 Refunds (For Prepaid Orders Only)

Refunds are processed only on prepaid orders. Once we receive the returned item in original condition, your refund will be transferred to your Bank / Easypaisa / JazzCash account within 7 working days. Refunds are handled weekly and usually processed every Sunday.


🔁 Exchange with Other Items?

Yes! You can exchange your item with any other available product in our store.


🛠️ Defective Pair?

Every pair is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days. Our 10-day exchange policy applies in such cases.


🚚 Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery charges: Rs. 190 per pair.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable


📌 Important Notes

  • Sale items are exchangeable but non-refundable.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • When sending back the product, please include the shoebox in a flyer or shopping bag.
