Shipping policy

Delivery Charges:

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD), shipping charges apply per pair.

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Deliveries to main cities typically take 2-3 working days.
  • For rural areas, delivery may take up to 3-5 working days.

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed on the same day, except those placed on Sundays, which will be processed on Monday.

Order Hold Policy:

  • We reserve the right to hold orders if we are unable to contact the consignee or if the contact number is powered off or unresponsive.
  • If there is continuous unresponsiveness after the 3rd attempt to contact, the order will be marked as canceled.

Promotional Periods:

  • During promotional periods with high sales volumes, delivery estimates may extend to 4-5 working days.

Order Tracking:

  • If you haven't received your order yet, you can easily track its status using our tracking system. Here's how:

    • Log in to your MY ACCOUNT on our website.
    • Alternatively, you can track your order through the order confirmation email sent to your provided email address.

Undelivered Parcel:

  • Please ensure your order details are accurate before finalizing your purchase. If a parcel is returned or undelivered due to customer negligence, we may put the customer's next order on hold until complete confirmation.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch or confirmation on a confirmation call. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
